It’s been two years since Mik and I were on Kauai. Last time I was on island I had no idea I would become a yoga teacher. I am beside myself with excitement! I am going to get to connect in and love up my island community. My hanai mother and yoga teacher Pee Wee G will be on my team… And this will be the first time I will be teaching a session and she will be assisting. I am delighted and honored.
If you’re in Kauai our 90 minute session will start at 7pm.
